We are thrilled to announce BOSS' participation in the upcoming Berkeley Half Marathon, a sprint (or walk!) for social impact that will directly benefit the vital programs and services BOSS provides to the community.
Every year, thousands of individuals and families rely on BOSS for immediate support through our housing, employment, and health services. These programs are essential, especially for those emerging from homelessness, surviving violence, or transitioning from incarceration. Your participation in the marathon, whether by running or donating, fuels these life-changing initiatives!
How You Can Participate
Joining the Berkeley Half Marathon as a fundraiser for BOSS will support comprehensive services that empower individuals to overcome significant barriers and achieve self-sufficiency. It's a commitment to stand with those in need, championing their journey towards a better future.
Register as a Charity Runner: Register to walk or run, and to raise funds and become an integral part of our team. Every dollar you raise supports BOSS’s mission to dismantle systemic barriers and foster community well-being.
Donate Directly: If running isn't your pace, you can donate directly to support our marathon participants and their fundraising goals. Every contribution, big or small, makes a difference!
