Home Stretch: Permanent Supportive Housing in Alameda County

housingHome Stretch is Alameda County’s strategy to prioritize permanent supportive housing (PSH) opportunities to homeless and disabled people with the highest needs in order to maximize the impact PSH can have in ending homelessness.

Eligibility is restricted to individuals who are currently homeless (including staying in a shelter) and who also have a preexisting condition including mental illness, mental, developmental, or physical disability, or an addiction disorder. Individuals seeking assistance who have additional barriers to housing may receive priority placement.
