As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, Hamilton is known for developing strategies that lead to high customer satisfaction and market share gains. Hamilton’s customer success knowledge is founded on a 30-year career, including nearly 20 years as a customer success executive and 10 years leading professional services organizations.
